If you have purchased an online/subscription-based Product/Service from Breakfree Poker and believe the item is not as described or does not do as it is intended to do, you have the right to a refund/partial refund if cancellation or refund is requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To exercise your right to cancel/request a refund on any digital/subscription-based Product/Service provided by us, you must inform us of your decision via e-mail at support@breakfreepoker.com within 7 days of the original purchase date.

The request for cancellation/refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
If your cancellation/refund is successful, we will reimburse all applicable payments received from you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we are informed about your decision to cancel or request a refund.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
