If you have purchased an online/subscription-based product from Breakfree Poker and are unhappy with the product received, you have the right to a refund/partial refund if cancellation or refund is requested within 10 days of the original purchase date.

To exercise your right to cancel/request a refund on any digital/subscription-based goods, you must inform us of your decision via e-mail at support@breakfreepoker.com within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Your cancellation/refund request decision must be communicated to us via a clear statement and include the following in order for us to verify your identity:
Order Date
Name of the consumer
Address of the consumer
email address of the consumer
Proof of address (utility bill/bank statement not older than 3 months old)

The request for cancellation/refund must be made within 10 days of the original purchase date.

If your cancellation/refund is successful, we will reimburse all applicable payments received from you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we are informed about your decision to cancel or request a refund.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Breakfree Poker is committed to its consumers, and while we stand by our policy as written above, we also want to understand how we can resolve the dissatisfaction and better understand how we can serve you.

For all course owners, if you have watched 50% of the videos within the 10-day period, a refund will not be possible.
